Welcome to the City of Tacoma land use permit notices page. We are posting land use notices as a convenience to our Web customers. Posting at this location does not replace other required notification e. g. mailed notices, posting of the project site, etc.

Land use permit notices normally specify a comment period, typically 2 weeks or 4 weeks. We will leave a notice beyond the comment period as an informational item. Once the decision is rendered we will normally remove the notice.
